Could you please indicate typical values of coefficients of subgrade reaction for soft soils for translatory and rotational stiffness? Or any bibliography on the subject?
Thank you in advance

Sorry to spoil your day but 'subgrade reaction' is a structural engineers dream about how soils behave. Soil actually behaves as an elastic-plastic material. Subgrade reaction assumes that soil behaves as a system of springs. I'm sure that this is similar to you assuming that reinforced concrete behaves as popcicle sticks.
Depending upon how complex and important your answer, there are a few simplifing ways of looking at the problem. For horizontal resistance you can assume sliding on the base as being the normal force times the horizontal coeficient of friciton. For overturning I think that this may be an eccentrically loaded bearing capacity problem. There are solutions to this if the friction angle is known. 字串2
If this is an important problem then you probably need the help of an experienced geotechnical engineer. If not you might research the problem yourself.

Just wondering why no one does a search of the Eng-Tips site for previous threads on this subject before submitting yet another - a subject that has had far too many to date.
