ASCE Out of Wall Buckling Formula

ASCE7-05 equation 12.14-10 has a Wp term. Is that just the dead weight of the wall or does that include any dead load from the floors or roof above. It seems like its just for the wall itself. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

Probably just the wall.  Depends on the structre - usually the seismic mass used in calculations is the mass that is laterally supported by the element under consideration....in other words, is the wall laterally supporting the floor, or is the floor laterally supporting the wall?
